This policy describes how the mobile application The Last Server (the “App”), published by Tristan Martin, processes personal data when you use it.
By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices below, as permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App may offer rewarded ads (optional viewing in exchange for in-game rewards). Ad networks may use advertising IDs or technical data to measure impressions and prevent fraud.

Where the GDPR / UK GDPR apply, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

If providers outside the European Economic Area or United Kingdom process data, we aim to use appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) as required by law.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent where required. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No system is 100% secure.
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. For material changes, we may notify you via the App or Google Play.
